Paolo Borghi, full professor of Food Law and European Union Agricultural Law at the University of Ferrara and a specialized lawyer, assists and provides legal advice to major players in the food sector, in Italy and abroad (Germany, Portugal, China).
Aurelio Bruzzo, full professor of Economic Policy at the University of Ferrara. He teaches Urban and Regional Economics at the Department of Economics and Management, as well as Economic Policy at the Department of Law.
