As if in a sort of circularity, alongside the growth of young people, the Erasmus+ program supports the professional development of those who work with these young people. It does so by offering opportunities for collaborative experiences at the European level, outside Italy, and with colleagues from various countries.
We're talking about Training Courses, not traditional training courses but rather opportunities for in-depth study and exchange in which non-formal learning is fundamental.
The goal of the training courses is to improve participants' knowledge, skills, and competencies, but they are also excellent opportunities to meet new people and organizations and establish partnerships and collaborations.
